Coach Profile

I am a coach, counselor and therapist. Within this threefold profession, I am specialized in success coaching, in relationship and couples counseling and in holistic and integrative psychotherapy. During 24+ years of experience I find myself particularly effective in assisting clients to benefit from the challenges in their professional and private life. Subsequently I focused on helping women and couples of intercultural backgrounds and experiences on their individual path of personal growth and healing and creating their own understanding of success, happiness and joy. Since my master’s degree in education, psychology and theology I have been studying interpersonal relationships and their underlying mechanisms. Therefore, it is one of my main convictions that the way we grew up – even in a trans-generational sense – has a tremendous impact on how we perceive our personal and relational lives, our profession and how we are shaping our future. It is therefore this conviction, that lies at the very foundation of my attachment-based and culturally-sensitivity approach to coaching, counseling and psychotherapy.
