I specialize in helping clients (often professionals who are used to handling everything themselves and who usually don’t look for support) to attain peak performance in their profession, athletics, academics or the arts; to increase their overall well-being, creativity, and stress-resilience, to surpass blocks, stagnation, self-sabotage, obstacles, and other challenges. To me, Brain-Based Coaching approaches and humor are key components of quality coaching.
