Xavier Lee is an international business consultant, leadership trainer and coach. Xavier draws from a wealth of global management experience, having started and operated his own businesses, as well as having led strategic business groups in major corporations. He has lived in San Francisco, New York, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and Singapore. Previously, Xavier served in senior management positions at Fortune 100 companies. At American Express, he was responsible for developing new market strategies for both US and International markets. At Cigna International, Xavier served as VP of Strategic Marketing, where he led New Product Development, Internet Business, and Strategic Marketing business units. Xavier's specialty is building high performance teams, and his teams were recognized for achieving innovative and creative results. Recently, Xavier has led leadership and business workshops for diverse organizations, including pharmaceutical firms, IT companies, Stanford Hospital, and Project Management Institute. Xavier holds an MBA from Cornell University where he was awarded the prestigious Park Leadership Fellowship, and BA from University of California Davis where he was awarded a full ROTC scholarship. Xavier is certified as a Master Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) from NLP University, Limbic (aka Wingwave) Coach, as well as Language and Behavior (LAB) Profile Consultant.
