I have created results for my clients and coached leaders of international large and middle-sized companies since 1997. My coaching is based on building trust with my client, understanding what they want to achieve and then helping them execute the change they want. My coaching education consists of the NLP Master certificering (2002), ITS European Coach certification – London (2005), ICF – PCC coach certification (2007), ICF – PCC coach certification (fornyet 2010 og 2013), Strength-based coaching (2010), Team-coaching & relationship-coaching (2011), PALO ALTO COACHING Technique Master - certified (2015). I have completed 3.400 coaching hours for my clients.
